    Not that it may help much, but Waterproof Cotton can also be obtained from The Lone Ripper, fished up in Halfstone during gales. Got one on a desynth.

    Actually, that helps me a ton! Thanks so much! (I'm not the one who desynths my fish, so I've been looking for a tradable fish that can yield Waterproof Cotton)
