    If it started going bad with the patches, chances are PS3 will also have the same problem...
    You might want to ask your ISP for help too... If you only have consoles and no computer, it can be difficult to determine what's wrong.

    From your first post I was under the impression that you had upgraded to PS4 version and had problems right away and wanted to go back to PS3.
