I will say it as many times as needed. You are looking at it wrong. You don't like it because you can't easily work towards it. But that's the entire POINT of it. It's meant to be a random reward that someone gets. A bonus that just happens. You need to stop feeling you are entitled to it before you'll ever understand.

Being like a lottery or raffle is by design, so as I said before, deal with it.
