That's fine if you're only going to fight one thing but I'd rather not have take the time to draw my weapon again when there are several mobs to be killed because it was automatically put away after the previous mob.

Stop making it take so long to actually engage/disengage and this wouldn't be an issue. Or you know, when you're in combat with a group of mobs, you have to manually disengage until they're all killed... or you could just instant-swap targets when one is dead and start targeting the one nearest you that is already engaged. I think the main issue here is not being able to run at the same speed when your weapon is drawn. Really no reason for this. We already have a penalty of not regaining HP/MP like we do in passive, we don't need a penalty of -run speed.
