    just a general question about WS 1st tier and 2nd tier

    Does anyone know what is the difference between 1st tier and 2nd tier WS. Does more damage or short recast or what, I personally do see much difference.

    It's likely because stats seem broken at the current time. Tier 1 nukes crit harder than Tier 2 nukes when you get them too.

    Usually 1st tier WS can't incapacitate, while 2nd tier can.

    this is the biggest diff between the 2 tiers
    and couple go from single target to AOE
