Buttons in a Blanket. No reason to use anything worse, Black Truffle Risotto is a slightly better option depending on if you have the stats to make it better than Buttons.

Other jobs can (but shouldn't) use accuracy food to hit caps that they aren't hitting with gear (which shouldn't be happening) but SMN can't do this because Garuda is the one that needs the extra accuracy and food doesn't benefit pets.
