S.E. responded to the ticket and recommended I uninstall and re-install Windows and FF14 ARR (after first insisting it's a wireless network issue - which it's not). I think I'll wait a few days to see if any ideas pop up before re-installing the game. As for re-installing Windows, that's a last resort and I'm not sure if I want to backup and wipe that much data for one single game... Maybe I would make a new partition and see if it works...
