To be honest, from my parses, I tend to get better results with using T1 than using T2, although I do run very high spellspeed.

Quick Question, which gearset is better out of the following:

Int 536, Crit 543, Det 322, Spellspeed 588, WD 75

or

Int 526, Crit 547, Det 317, Spellspeed, 622, WD 75

I'm leaning towards using the first set for non-seleen, and the second set when i've got seleen. I can't wait for the updated calculator.

http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/NCXU for the 2nd set. The first set is the same but using the Evenstar Coat instead of the Crafted Chest piece.

For T6 and T7, I use the Evenstar Hat instead of the crafted hat.

Using Puro's new weights & calculator this set gives us a theoretical DPS value of 414.9, haven't been able to surpass it yet.

Should also mention it outperforms the previous three sets on the page prior to this one.

Anyone care to elaborate on this link? I'm not sure how it would be BiS when it has less INT overall than other sets?

I believe that link is outdated. Uninstall posted something a bit better prior to my own;

Using Puro's old calculator it provides the highest theoretical DPS.
Puro mentioned he would be updating the spreadsheet with the new (if it changes) BiS once he has finished the work on his new revision of the
calculator, so you should take these links with a grain of salt and wait for the "official" update.

A question about ending a Single Target Rotation with a Swiftcast Flare.

I have about a 33% chance of getting a crit with my current setting. Would it be worth it to end a rotation betting on that for a Flare? My normal flares hit for only about 1500-2000. Crits will hit above 2200 and sometimes to an awesome 3000.

Would it be worth the chance or will my DPS drop from Tranpose usage?
