I still don't understand why people hate her so much lol

She's like that chubby girl who showed up at your party with a super high opinion of herself, drank all your vintage alcohol, told obviously dramatized stories about how she used to shoplift from limited too, made out with 5 different guys, knocks your fish bowl over because "its mean of you to keep him prisoner", then passes out in your bed when you're dead tired, but not before leaving your bathroom an absolute wreck in an attempt to take a selfie in your (much smaller than her) girlfriend's bespoke lingerie.

That's basically how I view Lightning.

That's..a bit of an over exaggeration..but everyone has their opinions.

Why, thank you.
I'm sure to some people, party girl would be (and for some reason I don't get, WAS) a blast.
But from where I stood, she was just obnoxious and constantly jarring her personality down people's throats, regardless of what they were interested in.

Some call that bold, sassy, unique, strong, independent, etc, and that's all perfectly fine.

I call it other things, and wouldn't really invite either "character" back into my loft.
