I think the biggest thing the casual players who are happy with the game fail to realize is that, not only do non-casual players play more,
but as a direct result of spending more time in a MMO, and any game for that matter, including FFXI, we are spoiled by once living a second life as you may, in a
single cohesive world, we could visualize the continents, and the zones and how to travel from one place to another, and the lore behind each area, in that sense it was a living world.
So if you only play for a couple hours a day, I guess none of this really matters, but for others who called FFXI a second home, we feel a bit homeless, we don't want to go back to FFXI, not much new there and over here it's a bit sad.
