It is giving yukata and kimono this year. If you go here http://xivdb.com/ and go to the 2.3 patch at the end of the added items they have the yutakta and kimono.

I looked through all of the items and only saw yukatas. Did you see kimonos elsewhere?

Sorry about that I wasn`t sure if they called the ladies yukata or kimono so put both.
