I'd really like to see SE give players more incentive to play Frontlines. Its by far my favorite content in 2.3 but I can't play a match without jerking around for 30mins+ every single time =|

I wish they could increase the amount of servers we can be matched with/against, perhaps that would help.

Easy fix since we got about 3 months till 2.4.

I guess you like long queues though.

After I have played AV in WoW for so many years, I would rather to have a good quality game. No, thanks. Also, there are many ways to fix, give allied seals to hunt horde is not one of them. That is like drink toxic water to stop your thirst ....

It has to be something messed up with the algorithms in frontlines. They said that if the queue was taking too long it would bump down to 16v / 8v and I have yet to see that. I'm sitting here waiting for 45min in queue and it pops a 72 player match. It's either a bug or the algorithm for it to drop down a tier is longer than a hour. Which is stupid as hell.

If you're on Aether and really need your wolves' den fix, try queueing lvl30/40, the queues haven't been too bad. Here's the amount of games I was able to play this week so far just queueing for 5 days.

Edit: This is of course queueing typically during primetime.

Still irrelevant if the majority of the playerbase doesn't care. The devs can add all the PvP they want, if no one wants to play it you'll end up with even longer queues as there is more content for the same number of players that actually want to do it.

FL was busy for the first week because it was new and shiny. The rewards and ranking system make it not worth doing.

Having an opinion does not make you right or wrong, it simply means you have an opinion. Don't get irritated when people don't agree.

Of course. But what I'm saying is that, if the PvP they add has problems that are obviously hurting their popularity and outright ruining the PvP in this game, then the developers are more likely to do something about it due to one of the higher-ups on the team being into PvP. For the same reason, I don't think PvP will feel like as much of an afterthought or a side dish in FFXIV as it does in most other MMOs.

Besides, I don't think that the PvP in this game will die any time soon. I mean, hell, even the Wolves' Den survived fairly well despite itself, and Frontlines are nowhere near that amount of fail.
