You can get Darklight rings/ears/necks/arms out of Lost City of Adampor, Halitali HM and Brayflox HM. Push for the extra chests in Bray and Halitali. In Bray there's an ear/arm at the top of the tower after the first boss (most people ninja this one anyway) and a neck/ring in the chest after the second boss, to the left through where the Couerl pats. In Halitali there's a chest where the gold bear on the left comes out (second set of bears) that has a neck/ear and after the second boss, if you go down rather than up, is a chest near 2 basies that is a wrist/ring.

If he cant do Chimera which is 52, he wont be able to do those dungeons as they are 55. He can do Wanderer's Palace, Amdapor keep, PHaros Sirius, Copperbell Mines HM and Haukke Manor HM for gear drops.

edit: OP do those dungeons, try to get gear drops but if you don't use the myth/soldiery to buy 90/100 gear.

EDIT: Actually, in hindsight, you can unlock Pharos Sirius, Copperbell Mines (Hard) and Haukke Manor (Hard). They require a ilvl48 average to enter, so you're set to go in. These dungeons drop ilvl60 accessories in extra chests, so try and get them.

Yeah, been a while since I was at that point, forgot the iLvl read on those, but yeah. Pharos, Copperbell HM and Haukke HM drop this stuff pretty regularly, Especially Haukke HM, I always see accessory drops in there.

IMO it was the best method, and I sugget try to save the gils and not buy this piece as you willl replace it shortly. ^^;
