Please fix dresses!

This is similar to what we said in the past, but I would like to reiterate it for those who may have missed it.

Fundamentally, we are prioritizing the introduction of equipment in a large variety of designs, regardless of whether or not they may have clipping issues or overlap with certain equipment or characters. Due to this, we will not be making any adjustments to the dresses. However, in extreme cases there may be instances where we will make changes.

Btw, I am rocking the Crescent Moon Nightgown as my tank body, and nothing compares to how dapper it makes me look.

That is extremely disappointing.

However, keep expecting these issues to pop up along w/ the flat behind issue as well.
I'm not saying this to be difficult or hostile but these are the sort of things that upset players, many of which have grown up with the Final Fantasy brand.
Those players have come to expect certain things from SE and FF as a result. Those expectations include stuff like our feet and legs not clipping through every single robe/dress in the game, including the Crescent Moon Nightgown that you are so fond of. The clipping issues that the players keep bringing up on these forums are not small nit-picks.
The clipping that is brought up is obvious across the board and has an overall negative impact on the visual aesthetics of the game.

Riddle me this Batman- What is the point of introducing new equipment that has awesome designs if the equipment ends up looking bad when the players use it?

I would like to add that I am not saying the clipping issues in this game should be top priority but they also shouldn't be ignored completely.

They can't please everyone with this, you see threads asking for quantity and threads asking for quality and they can't provide both, one side has to lose here.

I think I prefer Camate's Cold Hard Truth Answer which spares no feelings or tries to make us feel better about something that isn't going to happen, then to Grekumah's Politically Correct/Small Shred of hope Answer.

I prefer GMs that look human than those that don't act any different than a robot.

Well Camate and Grekumah arn't GMs, they are Community Reps, but thats besides the point.

Would be cool to increase the physics int eh game, sot he hair and clothes would bend and adapt to the other surfaces near them, I've seen this done in other games, and if I don't recall badly 1.0 had this.

if clipping issues and how your character appear in game are your biggest concerns, you should probably go play second life, or maple story, or hey, wait till theyre not fixing/adding important things to get to your minor issue. if youre doing it right most of the time your too zoomed out to notice that stuff in the first place because youre too busy PLAYING instead of staring at your skirt.

if you spend that much time zoomed in that far its a wonder that you get anything done. This is an mmo and not a fashion show, you should probably break all the mirrors in your house in case you see one of your pores. and take solace in the fact that they will fix it eventually after more important things are done.
