Levi and Ramuh(?) have accuracy caps I believe = to T5. But yes, other than that it doesn't matter. One last thing: Accuracy is only important in Coil. The HM dungeons, the EX Primals, all of that has basically no accuracy cap. I think it's possible to miss on treasure hunt mobs (?), but that's it if at all. So only worry about accuracy in Coil, everywhere else you can just wear w/e you like.

Meh, I use Phlegetons Cuirass. Its a good sub in for T9 chest, since if you are going for T9 chest setup, the similar stats makes you not accuracy overloaded till RNG decides to grace you. Its certainly better for a crit/det build then Noct body, if you can maintain the accuracy (get a Conqueror).
As far as BiS min/maxing, it should pull very slightly ahead of the T9 body for DPS. I wouldn't sweat it though. I'd take the safety net of VIT/armor mixed in with epeen of i110 over Phlegetons slightly better (probably not even 1-2% max?) dps increase. T9 body will also be better if you plan on using STR accessories (non crafted) for the right side.
I thought that too, it was very confusing when I saw it. Might've been a lodestone error or something, but it still got me thinking about all that DET on the ST body. I had seen some other profiles with WARs that had the HA axe and the ST body equipped, though, however I assumed that was just being used as a filler piece until the T9 body.
Yeah, I assumed it was insanely marginal if at all. Guess it would make a good filler piece if you've got the full i90 crafted right side, maybe a bit more risky if you're going full Striking/Gloam though.
