I was actually thinking of making a thread about this earlier, but in regards to BiS.

For you, at the moment, I would suggest getting either the Noct Lorica, Myth, or the Allagan chest. All provide a great amount of accuracy. From there, depending on which you go for, you can try getting the Allagan neck and wrist (both of which have accuracy) and stick with the Bravura Zenith orrrrr you can go the slightly more complicated route and get the Dual Haken. Another option is to save up your Soldiery, get the Unidentified Tomestone from ST, and buy the Weathered Conquerer (i100, +40 accuracy, can be upgraded to i110 with a Sands of Time). Depending on how much effort you want to put in, those are your best options for more accuracy.

Now, the current BiS (or, well, the assumed one) for WAR for 2.3 (outside of savage coil) includes the High Allagan Coat, a drop from T9. This is because it has +29 Crit, which gives it superior DPS to the Noct version which has 0 Crit and no other offensive stats (STR being the same on both).

The HA Coat has 39 STR, 29 Crit. The ST body has 34 STR, 27 DET, 26 SS.

The reason why I was going to make the thread is that, depending on the stat weight, this could outweigh the HA Coat in terms of DPS at the cost of some VIT and the 41 Parry. I've actually seen some players use the HA Coat as vanity over the ST body, which is what got me wondering if the ST body might actually be better. This greatly depends on the value of Crit vs SS, as at 1 STR = 4 DET the ST body would be 1 STR higher than the HA Coat (this isn't the actual ratio, just one of the closer scenarios).

(Side note: ^^^^ This could not be more bleeding edge, but at least you wouldn't need to farm T9 for the Coat! )

Also, Parry is kind of... really bad. If you're counting on a parry to save you in any situation, you're leaving your faith up to RNG - which you should never do. If you happen to parry something while popping a cooldown and take, lets say, 500 damage instead of 2000 damage, you're still going to be getting pre-heals for that 2000 damage. I'm not really sure if it's the same on PLD, but on WAR you should really be trying to get DPS stats (Crit and Det, mainly). Once you get fully comfortable and understand the specific encounters, you can swap out VIT jewelry for STR jewelry, raising your DPS even higher while still maintaining the HP threshold for the highest hitting attack + an auto attack. The crafted DPS jewelry is especially good for this as you lose significantly less health from swapping jewelry, but still gain a large amount of STR (as well as secondary stats). The i70 set is significantly less costly than the i90 set, however the price of Materia seems to have skyrocketed as of late... depending on what melds you want you may want to stick with the regular i90 VIT/STR stuff.

One last thing: Accuracy is only important in Coil. The HM dungeons, the EX Primals, all of that has basically no accuracy cap. I think it's possible to miss on treasure hunt mobs (?), but that's it if at all. So only worry about accuracy in Coil, everywhere else you can just wear w/e you like.

Levi and Ramuh(?) have accuracy caps I believe = to T5. But yes, other than that it doesn't matter.

Not possible... the HA coat is ilvl 110, the ST body is ilvl 100. You can't glamour an item onto an item of lower ilvl.
