Lightning Strikes a Third time ?

I dotn get why people dont like Lightning (aside from her showing up everywhere) because she personifies all that is what it means to be a modern person today: eff fate, ill do what I want how I want.

Vaan was sort of like that too. And yet people despise him at best. It's not enough to be "what it means to be a modern person".

I know I liked Sazh way more than any other FFXIII character, because he had something more than "uh I don't like my fate"
(OK tbh, it's just because he had that baby chocobo)
