Yes. One class unlocks one job. BUT: It has been mentioned that they are looking into expanding on that system by unlocking another job by leveling 2 classes to 50. Yoshi specifically used WHM + BLM = RDM as his example.

Wait, where did it ever say that ranking up a class to 50 unlocks a job? o.o
