Also a major bummer that they don'w want to add any meaning nor depth to chocobo raising.
I was really looking forward to this system but it has been a disappointment in every single way.

Considering our current chocobo's are castrated (geldings according to mount guide, hence castrated), the only thing you can do with them currently is train them...
When we break Ishgard's stranglehold on chocobo breeding things should get much better.

It doesn’t look like Abrael has done a review of the Live Letter this time around. I can’t find it on his DualShockers website. The only screencaps if found so far are these:

And we'll have to go through hell, kill the primals(again? Again.),submit 10999 allagan tomestones of economy, collect 40 hq stones of unobtainium, and merge it with the latest demimateria.

And it still won't be as good as the one found in coil.

I am really hoping the new yukatas are finally dyeable and not just 3 predetermined colors for each gender that you may or may not like.

There are blue, green and Grey Versions in the database so I asume they aren't dyable

I just checked the app. Remember, all the 1.0 stuff has to be in there. The guys' yukatas in the system are blue, green, and gray. The girls' yukatas are red, blue, and black. That picture shows black for guys and pink ( :/ ) for girls. Makes me wonder if they have a new set for this upcoming event and the 1.0 ones are still LE.
