Seriously Cherie, no. Just no. The Legacy Campaign was a 'thank you' from SE to those 1.0 players who continued to play when subscriptions became payable (so many 1.0 players abandoned the game simply because they had to now pay to play it). And as 1.0 is long gone, bringing the Legacy chocobo back (because that's the only benefit really still relevant to this thread, the other bonuses were once-offs that simply cannot be gained again, like having the player's name in the end credits, and having day 1 access for Phase 1 of the Beta test) completely invalidates the point of it in the first place.

As for the special '7th Umbral Events' that happened in the game in the lead up to 1.0's shut down, that was the whole point - it was to give an in-universe reason for the massive changes to the game's design (specifically, maps) that were going to be occurring in the change over to ARR. So thus something like that will never be happening again as there simply is no reason for it (unless SE decides to do something similar to explain other realm-shattering changes to the game's design, like the sudden opening up of new maps). Basically, its over and done with and is never coming back. Just accept it and move on.
