This here is the main issue with the crafting system in my opinion... besides maby the grind and repetition part.

Atm the only HQ gears that matter are Weapons (add +5,10,15% Dmg, acc, and Crit rate.... this is really good) and armor for tanks.

So unless you are a Glad/or other tank or buying a weapon... The HQ is 100% pointless.

Square needs to use XI's HQ system where say:

Bone Ring NQ = +2 Mag acc
Bone Ring HQ1 = +2 Mag Acc and MP+2
Bone Ring HQ2 = +2 Mag acc and MP+4
Bone Ring HQ3 = +3 Mag Acc and Mp+6

Or

Vintage Haub NQ = Stats it has now
Hq1 = +2 attack and +1 acc
Hq2 = +3 attack and +2 acc
Hq3 = +5 attack and +3 acc

This would increase the usefulness based on quality and help the crafting market.

Atm you have this happening:

NQ=HQ1=HQ2=HQ3.... every single ring has the same end effect... and it is like this for all Armors and Accessory. (Unless you are tanking)
