You greatly over estimate the benefits of BiS. It's on par with a 10% performance boost in most cases.

If you really are a Hardcore raider. 10% is 10% more then they will be doing and you will look more stylish in High Allagan. What more do you want?

lol, I would love to work with you, where ever it is that you're employed, if you're even employed at all. I will sit on my hands all day and you can do the work, as long as we both get the same paycheck at the end of the day. Oh, and since I am a good sport, I will give you 10% of my pay, just so you can feel properly rewarded.
