    Ding ding ding.. If I go to a good spot and it isn't busy I can rack up that many in 10 - 20 minutes at most, if I haven't already hit it doing dailies and such.

    He was talking about Chocobo raising. He literally said it and if that wasn't enough there were context clues of "requiring an FC" that should have given it away. He is saying add a new category of "Chocobo Raising" that would probably entail training a chocobo 10 times.
