    One option to try is to change the frame rate limit and seeing if that helps out. also, some times your isp may block ports that games use for communications, double check if FFXIV uses any proprietary ports and possibly forward them if you can access your modem's settings.

    thx for the reply, for the first option, should i removed my fps limit? i thought fps setting only works if my screen is freezing(which is not), but i maybe wrong. and for the second option, how do i know which port is ff14 using? is it like a firewall that i just have to let ff14 go through? thx

    Ports used are 443 and 54992-55551. may want to configure them in the router and in your firewall.
