Non ça n'existe pas le sable dans la Tour : vous pouvez voir sur le Lodestone le contenu des différents coffres. L'huile et le mémo se trouvent sur le dernier boss, aucune trace du sable. Pour le moment.

――In the previous Producer Letter Live, it was mentioned that the Sand and Oil of Time would be made obtainable as well. When will those be introduced?

We plan to introduce them within the 2.3x series of patches. The exact timing will depend on everyone's average item level as well as progression. But we don't intend to hold them out until 2.4 or anything.

　パッチ2.3のシリーズ中に増やしていくと思います。ただ、ここはコンテンツのクリア状況や、みなさんの平均アイテムレベルを見ながら、どのタイミングで出していくかを調整していく予定です。とはいえ、次のパッチ2.4までは引っ張るつもりはないです。

Autrement dit l'huile n'est apparement pas dans le "loot prévu" bien qu'elle soit affichée dans le lodestone et qu'il ait été prouvé qu'elle tombe. Alors certes la 2.3 fait partie du pack 2.3X mais dans ce cas la formulation est très étrange et ambigüe....

Bref, tout ceci se contredit un peu et du coup les joueurs restent assez confus..
