When you do the "Bird in Hand" quest, you will get 5 Kakarat Carrots. When feeding that to my Rank 6 Chocobo it got almost 4k experience for 1 training. You can train your Chocobo once every Earth hour.

Thanks for the reply. I am going to try this today after work. It might not be worth it to level chocobo in the stables before level 10, it seems.

Can you put your chocobo in the stable, train him and take him out right away? I do not want to leave him in the stable.
