I'm a Limsan gal so I'd definitely go with B but it's really up to what you like and what you're trying to go for.

Does your appearance tell a story? If so, what kind of story? Where has Deli the Roe been that has lead him to this point and what would he like to look like that best represents him as a character?

I'm a big fan of representing the characters own wishes in the choices we make for them. Not a big fan of the whole silent protagonist schtick. I never play in the first person style and it bugs me that I can never get a read on what Crystal here likes or wants... Thankfully I have a couple of alts that I can get perfect reads off of and all this errand running actually makes sense for them (for different reasons) and they add their own personal twist onto whatever we're doing. Crystal though? Blank frustrating slate...

I super <3 cowboy pirate style too but the new white scale-armored king thing looks interesting so that's why so hard to decide.

hmm I usually joking Deli the Roe is the confused man kept thinking he is a tarutaru chocobo :O (the origin for this is back at 1.0 forum, someone posted something and said "look at my swirling hands"..."you are a chocobo" "you are a chocobo". The tarutaru part the claim is "I'm chubby, have a black nose tip and no tail.")
Previous life of Deli the Roe is 8 years of tarutaru, he called everyone big {name} is because of it. (only Nique gets the Pretty Nique)

in the LS/ FC chat, he claps a lot and feeds everyone he's encounter. (as the others describe about the style of feeding is the spoon will directly go to their mouth immediately. If they didn't open mouth fast enough, they will loose couple of teethes... If they asked what Deli is feeding them, the standard answer is cookies made from dead squirrels out side of 3 cities.) But I have an alt as Ramen the male kitty. he feeds ppl too... so not really a set character for each one of them.
/feed and /clap these are not a purposely set characteristic. They are there only because I don't like to say "hi or how are you", but I want people know when they are greeting or say something, someone heard it. (usually a long silence before someone saw the LS chat tho...) /clap is the same.
(btw, only vergil get /cake denmo sometimes get a /catch or /super run + jump + slow motion fly + bearhug.)

On forum, Deli the Roe /bearhug ppl a lot. that's why Nique drew a lala-huggle Deli before. <3

For char to char encounter, I do a set emote macro "/em pulls <t>'s tail." no matter the other char has a tail or no. If they resisted, he'll "/em pulls down the zipper behind <t>'s neck. A Galka <t> is revealed."

Fun old men pirates are often slightly gruff, while fun old kingly types are often sweet hearts through and through (though maybe don't know their own strength). Nique sounds like she's a princess to you too (honestly, probably to most of the people here <3 ).

Your character sounds more like the kingly type, but that's just my own interpretation of both your character and various stereotypes.

Once again it's down to what you want/think/feel.

Does anyone else enjoy decorating your very own Private Room as much as i do? (^_^ ) I’m almost done with mine. There are only a few more things i want to add to my room. A Manor Harp and some stuff to put on the shelves. Like Plushies, table-top laps and some more books.

I’m a Gridanian through-and-through, so since we got our Free Company house in the Mist, i wanted to make a Gridanian/Glade themed room. Like a home away from home.

I’m named my room “The Misty Shroud”. (^_^ )

I’m sorry to hear that you’ve canceled your account. Sargatanas lost a precious adventurer/ /cry (T_T )

Hopefully this isn’t a /goodbye, but more like a <See you again!>. Maybe you’ll be interested again when 2.4 is released with the new class/job or when the Expansion is released.

My room is almost empty. I have only a bed, and armoire, a desk and a plant because I don't buy forniture, my retainers take it for me. (Don't ask how)

And I fear that my static party will disappear soon. It will be the final nail in the ARR coffin, because I'm tired to wander from a static to another one, from FC to FC blocked on the same spot for months.

Imagine all the shenanigans I could get into if this was an accepted way to pay for your crimes in game:
