Highlander are 2.3's chosen race for the "exclusive hairstyles", so it was obvious we wouldn't get it this patch. What all races got is Elezen's 2.2's exclusive hairstyles, so it's no longer exclusive. I foresee the dreadlocks to be extended to everyone in 2.4.

On a side note, shame that Elezen didn't get any crossover hairstyle in return this round.
