    Found out something else that hopefully helps in fixing this. I can force the flicker to happen (even with the display limit set to minimum) by having players on the screen and pressing the Target Filters button (default is the X key, I think) to remove the names on screen. Specifically, the flicker happens when letting go of the X key and the names reappear.

    Yup same for me.. so this seems to be a valid issue. Any way to bring this more to SE's eye?
