Suggestion: give more incentive for low level roulette / increase penalty for leaving

Isn't it also rude to make someone who doesn't need a full run do one? It sorta goes both ways. The way I do it myself is if the majority of the party wants it then I will. Otherwise no, I would not do a full run when 3 of us are 50 and only one person needs it.

Communication is the key. I always ask at the beginning of the run and just like Shinigami said if half the party needs it then I don't mind running the full map for exp...

We can’t make anyone do anything but we can ask. Its rude to come do a roulette, come in and leave because of selfish goals but i know some might have emergencies or something like that. And right and wrong isn’t based upon popular vote. Think about it. If 20 people can together in a free company and 1 said “lets buy from gil sellers and mess up the economy! It will be fun and 17 out 20 say yes does it make it right? No. Back on to the dungeon thing, if a low level person finds himself/herself in a dungeons with 3 50s who don’t need it but can DEFINITELY beat it, they can ask for your help in beating it and right there those levels 50 have a opportunity to show love and compassion someone.

TL;DR - Don't join Random parties or duty finder if you want specific stuff done -> Party finder is a tool made for you in that latter case.

The only thing is, who is looking for a PF to do a low level dungeon? I've never seen one, unless it was a DD or AV first room farm. Also, my FC unfortunately isn't active enough where I always have three people to grab and do a run with me. They're mostly focused on primals and Coil and usually pass when I ask them to help me level a lower job. So... Duty Finder is unfortunately the only route for me to go.
