Am I screwed with Elite Marks (hunt)

Elite marks can appear in any area, with some of them appearing only when certain conditions are met. Add to that the fact that they won't always appear in the exact same spot. You'll also come across hunter-scholars in each area, who are more than willing to share with you what they know of the elite marks you're after.
They may even offer a hint on how to track down your prey, so be sure to keep an eye out.
There are no weekly restrictions on how many seals you can acquire, so those of you feeling especially heroic are more than welcome to venture out and defeat as many marks as you can find.

Reading these other parts and highlighting in bold what I took from it, It looks like as long as the conditions are met, they will respawn. I highly doubt these hunts will only appear once a week. If there is a particular mark you want then research it, figure out where it will spawn and when, then go and hunt your mark. Its why its called a "Hunt". I'm also hoping nothing appears on the map when they are up otherwise its just a FATE.

Its my opinion (and hope i guess) that it may be possible to spawn the same Elite Mark in several zones, independent of whether someone else managed to spawn it. As an example, if i'm hunting an Elite Mark through La Noscea, and i get it to spawn, that would not preclude someone hunting it in Black Shroud and getting it to pop there.

Thats my hope anyways, so it wouldn't end up like WoW Rares, as i have some rather painful memories of spending 2 years getting Loque'nahak for my Hunter there. (He had 7 spawn locations around the zone, each one would be camped by a different player. Eventually, he spawned and you either got lucky and tamed it, or idiots showed up to kill him out of jealousy for having been on the wrong spawn zone.)
if the Hunt Marks end up always spawning in the same zone but a different location, the Hunt would end up just being a group of players running around patrolling through the various spawn zones or having members of a FC/LS camp everywhere at the same time.
