Why don't you fix your internet instead and you wont have this problem. In all seriousness, how do you expect them to FIX this problem? You clearly know nothing about networking or how this issue even exists, so I'll just say this.

this issue has existed since ffxi, its not going to change. they do auto-log u out tho, not 60 seconds, but 5 mins

I've had it take 10 minutes before, so I doubt the accuracy of this.

Because this game doesn't have a longstanding issue of random and sudden 90k disconnects when your connection is flawless otherwise, or anything.

Erm, in XI you can knock people/yourself offline if you log in - which was a source of many woes due to hacking. Under normal circumstances that is. It's very unlikely they'll change that because this prevents hackers from knocking you offline immediately, so incase you know/feel you've been compromised, they can't do a thing to you while you're logged in. It takes only a few minute or less to log your character out when you disconnect.

So no it's not an issue, it's by design - They can change it sure but it was requested by people during 1.0 era to disallow being kicked off due to the hacks in XI back in the day.

90k = The error code, that's nothing special to MMORPG. The issues, which confirmed by SE and even other companies were with providers like Level3.net and Sky, not the game specifically. Also, if your net works "flawlessly" then you don't understand how it works - internet is never flawless, especially in the states and europe which has some of the oldest architecture lol.

How did I imply the internet in its entirety is flawless? I'm saying at the time of a 90k, a person's connection otherwise can be just fine.

When window remote Desktop tries to connect to a computer that has another user logged in, it allows the active user to reject the new connection. Why not do something like that, so if you were DCed, you can wait 30 seconds for your dead process to time out the reject request, whereas if a hacker tried it, as long as you weren't afk you could not only stop them, but perhaps flag their IP/MAC address as a hacker.
