He doesn't want to read our posts fully or just don't know how to read. I'd say we just stop replying to him unless he actually brings something new and not just more moaning.

Somebody who enjoys the game likely isn't going to be on the forums for all hours of the day moaning about peoples ideas. I on the other hand do not currently enjoy the game and am trying to point out where i can see needed improvement as well as how it could be improved.
