So it's a 1 time fee of 300k or 300k per room?

If you vacate it, do you get your gil back? Does it save the room to you so you could put it with it's furniture in a different FC for free? Or do you just lose it?

I'm with everyone else wanting to know whether you can't be booted from an FC this way, as well.

Vacating Private Chambers
Players must be on free company property in order to vacate their private chambers. Moreover, private chambers must be vacated in order to leave a free company.
* Gil used to purchase private chambers will not be refunded.
* All furnishings must be removed before vacating private chambers.

That price is insane, first you pay too much for the plot, then I forgot I needed 450k for a permit so I had to go bust my butt more, now 300k for something else geez.

I would of accepted 200k but 300k where the heck is this money going to?

Currently, 300k can be earned in 1-3 days
