They said they wanted to make it (made it?) so that if FC house is not used for a certain amount of time it will be discarded. Maybe the same will apply to the chambers.

Unless they plan on erasing furniture from the FC house if someone removes it from their private room, it's a safe bet they meant you can use FC furniture as well as your own.Placing a furnishing in private chambers will bind it to you, preventing future trade or sale to other players. Moreover, certain furnishings cannot be retrieved once placed, and will be permanently discarded upon removal.

This is an unusual way to implement the private chamber imo, I mean you can't kick that person if they own a room in the FC then this means when someone join your FC to harass the members but you can't kick them out because they already built a room in the FC to prevent themselves from getting kicked. Now its permission is a very important thing to consider similarly to the coffer.
Wouldn't it be much better if they make it so the room moves with the player when they leave/get kicked from the FC and then only able to access the room again if they rejoin a FC? Or retain the room but considered "abandoned" until the FC master assigns someone in FC to replace the ownership of the room. Any ways without locking members in that FC.

I'm guessing one room, one time fee, per character.
I'm pretty sure you can but it'll probably be restricted to that one player. Says someone took a "Carbuncle Desk" and used it in there room, it'll be gone from the FC house and no one else can use it.

This, honestly is my main concern. I think the FC Master should still have the power to eject members with rooms from the FC. So it won't seem like troublemakers can hold an fc hostage. This is an unusual way to implement the private chamber imo, I mean you can't kick that person if they own a room in the FC then this means when someone join your FC to harass the members but you can't kick them out because they already built a room in the FC to prevent themselves from getting kicked. They already stated it's a door on first floor. You can even see it on Defenders of Eorzea video, alongside with new plants and furnishings inside the private chamber.
English is not my mother language. I'm trying to do my best, so please don't be rude...

They said you can't be remove from the FC unless you remove all your Funiture and Private Chamer. So FC Leader can't kick you if you own a Room, it probably a bad design at the moment right now.
