OP, let me ask you, what do you think the primary purpose for Low Level Duty Roulette existing is?

Exping.
Me and my GF re-rolled a new pg and we'r forced to do Low Level Roulette alone... when i'm a WAR and I enter fast... and she's BLM and she take like 15min to enter.... Low level roulette must be 1-3 man and block the 4man light party preformed, so if someone exping in group can join and exp fast.

I was more questioning myself, why they do not make it possible to que up with 4ppl in trial roulette.. mostly i end up with only 1 person who qued up for this trial because of relict.
Oh .. I knew it.

This right here so many times my main reason for making this thread, its making leveling take longer for the both of us cause one of us gets in the dungeon really fast and has to wait on the other one to get in and get out.... >.>Exping.

also im not this guys gf.. umm i mean this is the same thing i was thinking cause of me and my gf... umm yeah..
But those of us levelling alt classes aren't who the low roulette is for.
Low roulette exists so people will still be running the lowbie dungeons, to stop new players from having to wait forever just to get into Sastasha for the story quest.
Sure, maybe queueing with a group of two would be alright, but honestly I don't know how difficult that would be to implement without also allowing bigger parties access, which defeats the point.
High and Expert roulette are okay, as by the time you're high enough to do those dungeons you should have a network of people to help you clear them for the first time. My FC did this for someone the other day ^^
They should allow us to go in as a 2 player group for low level roulette I feel. The reasons for them not to allow full groups are quite compelling:
- Denies spots to people who are levelling up
- Denies spots to people who need the dungeon for books
- Denies spots to people running through the main quest
Your exit is a 30min lockout. The fact you avoid it queuing in party, is just an exploit of a bug. None can report you because none can know you have lockout, but it is an exploit anyway. The behavior you said I think is quite easy to figure by GMs, if someone does that and then one day he finds its account locked, he must be not surprised.

If you get lockout, you can bypass it just queuing in a party, no need to be a complete light party.
The exploit will take place if a full premade will be given rights to queue roulette, because roulette bonus.
I think it is fine being able to queue roulette with friends, but not with a complete party of them. A complete party can go anywhere and "queue" does not have any sense, so the reason it cannot (imho) queue on roulette. This also the reason they can leave with no penalty: none of them queued.
As alternative, making complete light party enjoy roulette bonus, will gives them the lockout penalty if they leave what roulette gave them. But, if a member have a lockout, the party cannot queue on roulette. This is important to avoid exploits.
