    Ya my opinion is if you leave you forfeit the 300k because you left willfully knowing consequences. But if your kicked say when you are offline, and you were not expecting it, you lose 300k due to willfulness of another player plus your items and room? I would hope this gets answered

    indeed and lets say you can't get kicked once you own a room then? can ppl just troll a fc and say hahaha you can't boot me? this is all stuff that SE needs to make clear
