Yes, I know to Stoneskin tank on Beak/explosion, but wondering if there are some tricks to save some mp as I tend to drop to 2-3k (depending on dives hitting other players or not, raising etc.) when we get to phase 2.
I'm not 100% sure if it's good or not but it feels its a bit low considering thats not even half of the fight. (Yes I use shroud effectively.)
Currently i'm popping DS+ medi2 for Chariot/Thermobeam, and on doubledives, I go to middle, pop medi2 + medi (timing it so that nobody dies from the 2nd ones unless they doubledip on others).
I think there is not a need to Medica2 + Medica after Therombeam and dives, Medica 2 with your SCH do a Succor should be fine. After Therobeam and Dives no one should take damage until the next Beam/Dive anyways, so the Medica 2 should tick fine.

And others also mentioned that Golems phase requires minimal healing, it is just tank healing and raid heal is due to Demolish from the green golem.

Once the second set of golem dies and everyone stacks up for Megaflare, your Bard should be playing Mage's Ballad until Megaflare fires off, wait for 1s or so and switch to Foe's Requiem and it will be just nice that Nael dives down and be available for attack again. With this and your proper MP management, your MP should be back to 3.5k and above easily.
