Aura him sideways into a boulder.
WHM should be close to solo healing the first phase with spot-lustrates and soil/virus (for Ravensbeak) from the SCH. Med2 is enough for Thermionic.
I hope you don't mind me quoting like this:
It might something to do with gear on this mechanic, but I tend to just focus target Nael, watch the Ravensbeak channel and time my Cure II to the attack. The scholar does the same with Adlo. So far, there hasn't been an issue with the tank getting one-shot from the attack since my group tank-swaps after it hits. I'm not sure if using stoneskin is more mana-efficient or not as compared to a Cure II. Though mitigation might be preferable to reactive healing.
I think just a Medica II is enough here if you lay a Cure I on the party members getting double-tapped by Nael. My group calls out when someone gets two bops during Meteor Stream, but it requires clear communication over VOIP.
In general as a WHM, I try and use DS with my Medica-spells, and dump enmity with Shroud afterwards. Since you still build aggro on Nael during the golem phase but the tank can't interact with her, you want to make that enmity reduction if possible. One of the first times we got to Heavensfall, Nael jumped on me instead of the tank because of that and subsequently turned to cream the rest of the party :<
