WAR MT + PLD OT vs. PLD MT + WAR OT in terms of DPS

Off topic: that said, I play both classes and it's no contest when it comes to damage, a warrior can out damage PLD easily while tanking/off tanking.

And yes, most end game WARs that I know of are STR re-speced too. And they off defiance while in OT mode.

One of my FC's WAR last parsed 345 on a dummy, quite a few weeks ago. Now he's i110 with High Allagan Axe I think he's doing more now.

I doubt a PLD in Sword Oath can do this much.
