There's a difference between speedrunning and waiting 20 minutes because someone is watching a cutscene.

You are right Gallus, there is a difference , it is called slow running eh?

Dev. should simply stop all by playing when someone is watching the cutscene, and game starts again when all have seen it, with children you have to treat them like children if they cant be considerate you teach them consideration by forcing them to ..wait...or they are free to leave of course. Everybody wants the other to do what they want them to do. Nthing forbids a group to continue and not wait for those that are watching the cutscenes, why you say they slow you down, they dont..you are making it sound so that they are the culprits when in fact you can continue runing it without them....you want the butter, the cow, the milk and the cow girl...cant have all you know.
