I am a high level player and I have no problem letting anyone watch the cutscene. If I saw someone get kicked because of watching a cutscene, I would leave the group. And since Im a tank, good bye group
Well i have no problem with that too, but many people do. And no, both instances only need one tank (and one healer).
Edit:
And you don't get that these players need to use the random roulette for the bonus. There is no point in doing it via party finder.

Wow really? I can understand it with Castrum, since that can actually be a challenge for one Tank. But there is nothing to do for an OT in Praetorium (other than dps).
Were you roleplaying your Prae exit there?
To be fair, at current gear levels I could pretty much tank all of the Storyline bosses on Monk in Earth stance. Losing a tank isn't the end of the world on those fights.
I am so glad to do DR's, all of them, as a break from BF speedruns. So tired of the mindless repeat of BF.
I believe the only solution right now is to put the cutscenes at the end of the run. I mean, I get that each boss fight and each encounter is part of the story. But if the cutscenes were at the end, everyone would get what they want. Dungeon run would be done. People could leave and skip, or stay and watch.
