I find this ironic considering how many times you've generalized "elitists" just over the past couple of pages I've read.

Well superiority complex, looking down on others, trying to exclude rewards because others aren't up to a standard is not really showing anything outside of elitism.

How is anyone looking down on others. You either put the time, energy, and effort into being a raider or you don't. Nothing wrong with being a casual player. The problem is the casual players who think just because they play the game they deserve to beat the final boss. You beat the final boss by successfully overcoming the challenge not by crying until you get the immortality cheat code and stand there auto attacking until it dies.

Explain? By saying they want all the perks while at the same time putting in none of the effort? Actually that is a fact. They are being lazy.

Laziness (also called indolence) is a disinclination to activity or exertion despite having the ability to do so.

They have the ability. They choose not to and instead cry until someone makes it require less exertion.

Again how am I looking down on them? I have plenty of casual friends. Hell most of the people I talk to / play the game with outside of the few hours a week I raid are casuals. The difference between them and the people being discussed in this thread? They aren't crying about how they are entitled to something.

Also you still haven't actually presented an argument. Why should these players (I don't know if you count yourself among them or are just playing devil's advocate) be given all access passes?
