And if you want easy raiding we already have that, it's called first coil(with the echo it as now), and if you want them to increase echo further sure why not, and crystal tower. Want an easier version of Second coil? It's almost certainly coming in 2.4
Ya didn't even read the first damn sentence of the original post, did ya?

    Sheesh.

With regards to OP, I think that the difficulty of the game is fine - for a good group of people well-accustomed to one another.

Good players can win in pickups, too, though they tend to drop off members in clusters until they get a set of folks who make no mistakes on one particular run, thereby nabbing the win.

Good players out and about amongst players who

    (A. have not been coached by more senior players (Looking at you, ya wannabe elitist asshats, you know who you are)
    (B. have ignored the coaching of the senior players that have taken the time to try to teach
    (C. are not even paying attention, are drunk or high, or who just generally don't care

stand very little chance of completing anything. The difficulty curve is fine for good players - but then they must find sufficient numbers of other good players, or they have no chance. Those good players tend to get snapped up into groups and stay there, or stick with their FC/LS and not go elsewhere.

This is a doubly confounding issue, as the game as it is currently structured does not do much to encourage socializing. o.0 Honestly, it pushes people in the opposite direction. No tells, for instance, is simply game-breaking. How can people get to know one another if they're always in separate duties and don't have the same LS? Dev Team would have us believe it is to prevent harassment, but really, in what way does silent running in duty prevent harassment? >_> How does that work?

That little tangent aside, Coils Lockout is the worst feature in this game, bar none. Dev Team, a lot of players need some help here. >_> Please do what needs to be done.
