    - 2nd stage: 70% slowdown (same as above), if you clear that...
    - 3rd stage: 50% slowdown, if you clear that...
    - 4th stage: 30% slowdown, if you clear that...

Following the idea of training mode, a similar concept is to make a staged fight with check points and no loot. Basically, you get to play the real fight but every time you achieve a marker point and wipe you can return to that marker point. This could be done via some simple menu which would allow you to choose what stage the boss starts at (which would also lower its health to that stage, if applicable). As you unlock stages you can choose to keep pushing to unlock them or repeat a previous stage in case you wish to master it even if you have already passed it (perhaps you passed it with most of your people dead).

I believe this system would help to train better than making the boss "slower" or "weaker" because otherwise you'd be trained to react to the slow versions first which may actually make it harder to learn the faster versions.

I say this from personal experience on other games where "Normal mode" and "Hard mode" had different mechanics in terms of speed and damage and where, really, NM would not truly help with training for HM

I accept that it worked for you personally, but for me, it just would not. My main problem (and the reason I could not clear T5 so far) is that everything happens just way too fast for me. Could be because I am a bit older than most players (yes, at age 34, your reflexes DO get worse. Not extremely, but in things like coil, it shows. Look forward to it, today's elitists ), it happened to me a lot that I had to look down at my crossbar b/c I needed to see my HP and the current CD times of my commands, but when I looked up back again, I was dead. The problem is that I cannot learn from this because I fail to see why exactly I screwed up. I would love to see some kind of "rewind and replay" function, but currently, it just isn't there.

Compared to that, I prepared for the previous fights (like Garuda and Titan HM) by watching videos, pausing once in a while, taking my time to understand what is going on, and then resuming the vid. Maybe I am isolated case, but I am curious if other players feel the same way.

Researchers stated the zenith of a video gamer is at Age of 24, after that, reaction degrades, no matter what ^^

Read what I said again. I said I have no reflex issues. I never said anything about them not degrading. I'm saying I don't have issues reacting to everything in the game currently.

I'm double your age, and I have no problems, but not everybody is the same, some people's reactions get worse quicker, and some people have slow reflexes to start with. I guess over 20 years of playing online games has likely kept my brain "agile"...but yes, age doesn't actually HELP

And you said it right there. It's the "training" that minimizes it. So even at older ages, it's something people could work on if they wanted to.

And I envy you for that. But everyone changes with age at a different rate, e.g. I do not have any gray hairs yet, but a co-worker, who is 29 and got three children is almost completely gray. It happens.
