Our small FC (5 members for now ) is almost to rank 6, and got some gil to buy a plot, we will try to get a good spot, but this FC is kind of a meeting point for all members.

Then, with a small garden, getting ready for a chocobo stable, and personal rooms which expands the FC house for everyone.. is there a need for a bigger house?

For us, I don't think so.

And after that, personal houses will come, will be the new trend, so this FC Housing serves as a 'main' point only.
