I believe Yoshi P confirmed that it will be ilvl100.

Also, has Cloud of Darkness actually been confirmed for Crystal Tower? It looks like she's in a lot of the artwork that was released for the first level and the second level, so I'm assuming she's going to be, but wasn't sure if there's been a solid Yes or No yet.

Only the Prototype art was released pre-Crystal Tower 1 release. She will not appear until the Final Crystal Tower Raid being the ending to the Crystal Tower Storyline and as you can see she will be the biggest boss we will fight in FF14 until another super size boss is released.
