Down to my last 7 to go. Just wanted to say thanks to everyone here that posted info & screenshots. I was stuck on #48 as well but got lucky... someone else was up on the vista already and offered to teleport me to vista via raise. I got killed by the nearby mobs, near the person, they raised me... and it put me up on the spot!
