    Depends if you need accuracy or not.

    Det cap is +15
    Crit cap is +3
    Acc cap is +21

    I meld first 2 savage might IV (+12 det), and after that, 2x Heaven's eye III(+12 acc) and savage aim II (+3 capped)

    If you have a lot of money
    I meld first 2 savage might IV (+12 det), 2x Heaven's eye IV(+18 acc) and savage aim II (+3 capped)

    IF Savage might IV is more expensive than Heaven's meld first the determination
