Hmm yeah, try a different HDMI cable, might be damaged or something. I don't have a PS4 so can't help much but giving ideas.

By the way, don't count that share would reproduce all things. At least on SF3 and Dirt3 @ ps3, looks like they use a lowered rendering for saving videos so the videos aren't quite equal to what we see on the console.
